"When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in putting discipline over motivation. Having the discipline to get your meals in and getting to the gym, will get you much further than waiting to be motivated. Motivation is merely an emotion that comes and goes. I also believe in sustainability. Sure-- there are great 12-week programs, 1-month challenges, and 90-day transformations, but by the end of the day, when you hit that end point, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with lifestyle clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of just handing you a meal plan, I get insight on to what your nutrition is like, and then work up from there, building you a tailored plan that will be attainable, and sustainable for your current and future goals."
