My name is Bri (some call me Bri Bri) but I am a new personal trainer and fitness motivator. I started my fitness about 4 years ago with the goal to gain weight. During those 4 years I have had many up and downs but still managed to keep my motivation and desire to workout. Also, during those years my overall goals changed. Of course I still want those gains and to build the body I want, but most importantly I want to be healthy, in shape, and to motivate and inspire those around me to do the same.
