Chuck studied Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota; earned a Applied Science degree in Personal Training at St. Paul College; obtained a (NASM) certification with The National Academy of Sports Medicine, his CrossFit level 1 and 2, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), and received a Functional Holistic Nutrition Certificate from The National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). His fitness expertise lies in functional movements and core stability, body weight exercises, endurance training, and manipulation of body composition. An avid fitness advocate, Chuck certainly practises what he preaches: he’s completed multiple 10k runs; 10 marathons; 4 duathlons; and 12 MS 150 bike rides. He continues to study his craft, showing particular interest in repetitive movement injuries, corrective exercise, Yoga, meditation, Wim Hoff breathing techniques, dynamic/static stretching & mobility techniques; and wellness coaching, to name a few.
