"Fitness & Calisthenics for me isn't just a hobby, it's a lifestyle! I have been on my own Fitness Journey for nearly 20 years & in this time have had many failures, struggles and set backs. I have learned the hard way! In order for me to to gain the right knowledge I educated myself and studied as a Personal Trainer, however the most valuable education I have had is the years of hard training, self study and experimentation with my own body using unconventional techniques & this has taught me the best & most effective ways to get strong, stay lean, eat well and gain inhuman body weight skills, ensuring the body stays conditioned & injury free. I believe in a holistic approach to exercise & see the whole lifestyle playing a considerable role in sustainable results. To this day I have continued to build consistent real strength within my own body, having Calisthenics as the Foundation of my training & be injury free. My personal mission is to teach you how you too, can gain incredible results using nothing more than your own body weight and minimal equipment."
