When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Rather than just handing you a program, I'll be there to keep you accountable along the way. You won't only receive workouts, you'll have detailed instruction on form and execution through videos and zoom calls. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
