Nice to meet you! My love for Dance began when I took my first steps in Dance class at the age of two in New York, training in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Modern. I have my B.A. in Dance, trained at The Ailey School in NYC and have my M.S. in Physical Education. I have choreographed for local colleges, various musical productions and theatre work, directed multiple competitive dance teams and continue to perform locally. You can even catch me in several movies and television shows. Recently, I’ve worked with and performed solos of my choreography for music organizations and musical artists. I love performing and want to share my love of dance with the world. At The MIX Technique®, I strive to bring the arts, health, wellness and education to my clients.
