I fell in love with weight training in high school. My body and my physical strength changed drastically over the course of a school year and I didn’t even realize that it was happening until it had already happened. Shortly after high school, I joined a dance studio as a receptionist and I fell in love with dance fitness—Zumba, pole, barre, etc. I became a certified group fitness trainer. While my fitness journey has not been linear on the way to my goals, I always failed forward, learning new things about the human body and how to manipulate it into the body goals that we crave, no matter what the goals may be. I created detailed work out and meal plans that relate to all body parts and body types and body goals in order to share with you what I have learned and assist you on the way to your dream body!
