"I am the Owner and MD of the first indoor heated swim academy in Nigeria, Albyn Swim Academy, I am also a professional Accountant, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, and a mother to 2 teens. I turned 50 in Aug 2024. I started my fitness journey in August 2019, as an independent coach for one of the largest fitness industries in the world where I grew to a 5-star diamond coach and became the first woman of color from an African country to speak about my health & fitness journey on a platform of over 400,000 coaches. I have coached over 200 women, men, children, and teens to lose weight, build muscle, get fit and sustain that healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives."
