As a coach my number one goal is to be a better athlete overall and to help you achieve the same thing. We aren't body builders we are athletes, and the demand is as such. Aesthetics can be a byproduct of good fitness however the goal is to give you the tools for a higher level of capacity so that you are an asset and not a liability to yourself and those around you. Fitness is more than just workouts, it's a demanded hygienic requirement and a lifestyle choice we should all be taking seriously until the day we die. For me as a father and a husband I owe it to my family and my community to be in the best shape I can be in for them as well as for myself. I get it life is busy and full of obstacles but whether you are at home, in the gym, or on the road, I will be a part of your fitness journey to help navigate you along the way. As a Wrestling coach, Jiujitsu practioner and Judoka I understand the need for strength and conditioning as an athlete. My primary focus is geared towards being a better asset overall with a slight emphasis on combat athletes however everyone can benefit from this program to be more capable as a human being. Injury prevention, cardiovascular health, improvement of energy systems, mobility, power and force production are all categories that I focus on here as a coach.
