Hello, my name is Sarah and as the creator and owner of Me 1st Fitness Training I am excited to work with you! I currently provide at home and virtual personal training for all levels of fitness. I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. My specialties include, personal training for Women or Men of all ages with a passion for aging adults. This includes full body strength training, functional training, balance, mobility and flexibility movements. All trainigs focus on your goals whether it be high or low impact training. As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.
